Agency Fee

We offer two different agency fees, depending upon where you, as the recipient parents, reside:

1. For our North American clients (including those residing in the United States, Canada or Mexico.):

$10,000 - payable in two equal installments:

1. $5,000 is due immediately upon the signing of the agency agreement.

2. The balance of $5,000 is due upon the signing of the contract with your surrogate mother.

2. For our international clients (including those residing outside of the United States, Canada, or Mexico):                    :

$12,000 - payable in two equal installments:

1. $6,000 is due immediately upon the signing of the agency agreement.

2. The balance of $6,000 is due upon the signing of the contract with

your surrogate mother.
